Aspens 12 Pending Deal

So far it's been a busy Alberta Family Day weekend with showings in a number of properties across the resort, where/when possible.  The resort is running close to 100% occupancy.

A Buyer has made an offer on Aspens #12 - stay tuned to see if we can get the deal to work.

Today, the 11am Dogtooth Study plot storm board reading hit 48.5 cm of accumulated storm cycle snow and todays ski quality test (which lasted all day) confirmed - it was awesome skiing with great visibility.

The Advanced Weather station shows 25cm on the storm board and the Snow Forecast has another 10+cm coming through before Sunday am... then another 15cm storm Monday/Tuesday.

Plenty of folks coming through the office talking about thigh deep turns on the lee-side slopes...

WP #13: Accepted Deal

Kicking Horse Realty put its 4th private deal together in Whispering Pines, for unit #13.  It is a conditional deal with pending closing at the end of March - just enough time for the new owners to capture the last few weekends of the season.  Congratulations to all parties.
