After a great KHMR ski weekend including the Dogtooth Dash Ski-Mountaineering Race, Snowforecast.com is predicting 70 cms of snow in the coming week ending April 1.

Environment Canada is calling the snow level at Valley Bottom in the evenings and 1,100 metres during the day, 90 metres below the KHMR base.

Sure hope this isn't an April Fool's trick!

Both pending deals on GLCR #410 (2 bed + loft/3 bath) and MTNR #409 (2 bed + loft/3 bath) are now firm and binding deals, closing at the end of March, 2011.  That is 3 firm deals created in February, closing in March and one deal still pending.

Still lots of showing activity in condos, Aspens, Whispering Pines & Selkirk Townhouses - and the skiing has been top notch!

Still snowing hard this morning, the 7am storm board has 15.5cm accumulated since this storm cycle began yesterday.  Going to have to sample this morning.  Hopefully it keeps snowing all day.
