The additional enhancements to the Grizzly Bear Refuge at Kicking Horse Mountain Resort are now complete and the refuge opened today for regular tours.

•   The Grizzly Bear Refuge is now open for daily tours from 9:00am – 4:00pm.

•   The Catamount Chair is open daily from 8:45am to 4:00pm.

It has been a little while since a Real Estate sales update has been posted.  Since the resort closed, we have put deals together on: Mountaineer #214 (A&B), Aspens #26 (closing in August), Cedar Creek Estates #8, and a private deal was done on Cedar Creek Estates #13.

Construction on Homesite #12 in the Dogtooth Properties is moving ahead rapidly.  These new Homeowners purchased this lot through Kicking Horse Realty September 2010 and are now in the process of creating their dream home expecting the foundation to be finished this week! After a few rainy days, good weather is also back supporting their efforts.
